update for lemon4orange v.1

its mostly div based, but still some table layout dependency. If anyone is interested in the whole lemon4orange script, I will package it up again and put it up for download with all the updated Orange MySQL outpu template + HTML + php + css + JS.

To run it you need Orange + Free Aqua Data Studio + MySQL + PHP


FYI: should work in most modern browsers, tested XP + IE 6, Netscape 7, FF 1.0.1
