Thread: Linux support?

    Default Linux support?

Got to say that your software is most definitely the best in its genre and I "HAVE" seen them all.

One little glitch - I intend moving over to Linux, any chance you'll be releasing a Linux version or will I forever be tied to Windoze to manage my CD collection?

We have no plans of porting OrangeCD to Linux. Unfortunately, none of us are Linux programming expert, so it's unlikely we could provide adequate software quality under Linux.

    This you might try

Although this is not the most easiest way to do it, but it does work (to some extend) ;D
It is a must to have a dual system, Win98 and Linux.
Then go to a website and download WineX.. umm, dunno the website right now so do a search.
You install that and then it should be possible to run ANY Windows program in Linux. :P

This operation requires that you are very familiar with windows AND linux, and if you don't have a clue what dll's are, then just forget about it ;D

I did manage to run it ....... once(!) LOL

Interesting... I'd love to take a look at the crash. Can you post a dump if you by chance still have this system? Thanks.
