This worked for me, Andrei. All 16 entries for Shorter's Night Dreamer returned art work, though - as usual - the quality of it varied from abysmally poor to high quality as did the amount of information about the cd each provided (from none to too much).
Hello Andrei,
I experienced the same problem since some time. And after copying the new Version over the old one, the Problem remaines.
Here is the log file:

Have I to authenticate my Access? I've done this several times since the last year.
I hope this is useful

Hi Andrei,
I downloaded and installed the new version as suggested but I still get Bad HTTP status code.

I have 6.5.5 (although 6.5.4 is still the version you get from the main page, 6.5.5 is available through the link Andrei posted in message #11 in this thread). Everything, including the album art, downloads just fine from Discogs. (I have Windows 7.) I did not even have to re-authenticate. But I use dbpoweramp to rip because it provides a greater range (and I think reliability) of metadata than Discogs so I seldom use it.
Version 6.5.5 is available now on download page of the website.
New version may require re-authorization of Discogs access for some users. If this happens to be the case in your setup, re-athorization dialog box will be displayed on first attempt to use Discogs.
