    Yiannis,

    You can change your system settings to fix this.

    go to Control Panel, Regional and Language Settings, Advanced tab and set "Language for non-Unicode Programs" to Greek.

    Note that this will affect all applications in your setup so this may be not what you want - especially if you need to work with other non-English languages on regular basis.

    Your OrangeCD character set should also be Greek, not Western European. (Western European only includes umlauts and accented characters but no Greek.)
