Default Using OCD... Best way to sort MP3 files?

It could be kind of silly question. But...

Most of music I have is in mp3 format and I have no CDs...

Let's say.. I try to add my mp3 files to OCD using
'Media File Scan' command on OCD.
    In this case..
how dose the OCD sort my file after in scans?(What info does OCD use when sort the file?)
By ID3 tag or by file's name???

If I am willing to change all my mp3 file's name and Id3 tag info((for the best sorting rate possible).. what format do you recommend me to change file's tag and name info?

    Ps...
Could you please recommend best way(you think...) to sort Mp3 files?

And.. also.. can you please send me the .rc file for translation?
    YOu know where to send...

OrangeCD uses a combination of ID3v1, ID3v2 tags and file/folder names to make a database. Sometimes ID3 tags are preferred, sometimes file/folder names. It is kind of a know-how and it would be too long to describe details of its work. You can disable some of these sources in the Scan Media Files dialog. Or, even better, when you see that some albums are scanned incorrectly, you can Rescan them using different options (there's a context menu item for this).

Sorry for the delay with the rc file. I was making changes in it till last moment, I'll send it today.
