    Default why wont tech support reply to me?

    I have had to reload ocd on my system and I have lost the new serial number - I only have the old one which does not work with the current release. I have emailed tech support FOUR times to request the new code be sent to me but my requests have been completely ignored.

    What am I doing wrong - should I be looking for an alternative program or what? I am not paying for it again thats for sure!

    Needless to say I am a very unhappy bunny!

    I'm stuck too. I upgraded this weekend (silly me) and was immediately shut down. I have the original key from Andrei, now supposedly invalid. Have yet to hear from support following two business days...

    And I'm not happy as well-
