    Question A preference for Winamp

Can someone please advise if it is possible to set Winamp, within OrangeCD, as the preferred media player.

Many thanks in anticipation of a knowledgeable response.

    Default Custom Command Line

You can set up a player of your choice under preferences:

View ---> Preferences ----> Media Tab

Under method of playing multiple media files, choose Custom Command Line

You can then type in the command information you need to run WinAmp in the box under Custom playback command line

I don't know enough about WinAmp to tell you what to put in the command line

    Default Use M3U Playlist

Under Media Tab select M3U as method and make Winamp the default for playing that extension

    Thumbs up

A big thanks goes out to Jazz_North and Stephen_Fairhurst for their prompt and very useful replies.

I'm pleased to say that Winamp is now my default player from within OrangeCD.

For anyone with the same request here's the Command Line Additions

    "C:\Program Files\Winamp\winamp.exe" "%1"
    "C:\Program Files\Winamp\winamp.exe" /ADD "%1"

    Happy days
