Register Program?????

Im from europe, dont have credit card, and i have to register the program but the regsoft dont let me. want a check in US dollars and a check from a bank that exits in USA. If i am from portugal and i work with euros i could i fill what they ask?????? its impossible????' why dont let me make a bank tranfer????? or another solution?????? its not fair!!!!!
