It was my understanding that Andrei was working on a modern "replacement" for OCD... and that is why we were not seeing any updates. Now that was quite some time ago, with no information on that new...

I love OCD and have had some teases in the past from Andrei of new thing to come that he is working on...

My only comment would be to get those tapes copied as soon as you can. Copy to WAV or FLAC. Then it would be up to you to store them "correctly" whatever that my be.. or put them up on...
