Hi fellas.
I am also experiencing this problem. I had the trial version on my system (WINXP) around christmas time and have only just gotten around to registering.
I now have my registration code but OrangeCD won't accept it for some reason. It says it's been accepted and that I should down the programme. When I do that it just ask me for the registration code again and then prompts me to shut it down and restart. And so on........
I think it may be due having had this one before or that the trial period has ended. I installed the programme on my laptop earlier today for another play around before I made my mind up on ordering and it works fine on there. Unfortunately I have no web access on the laptop so I need to sort out my main machine.
