Next time it happens, restart OrangeCD Catalog and, when it asks to send a report to us, press Cancel.
Go to root folder of your drive C: and find file named ORANGECD.DMP or ORANGECD.OLD. Send the file to [email]orangecd@firetongue.com[/email] and I will look into it.
