    Default Paths to mp3s

is there any way to remove pathes to mp3s from the database?

i have 15000 mp3 files, but all of them are on CDR's and i don't need path of every file in my database, to play them.

this is just junk data. it enlarges my database a lot.
i want to get rid of it.

maybe a little tool to clean database?

    Hi gofer,

The path data cannot be removed from database. It is all or nothing thing - once the MP3 album is added, it will be stored as a whole.

I would not worry about the size, however. OrangeCD stores the full path per folder, not per each individual mp3 file. Each track contains the file name stripped from the path. The total overhead of storing this data is not really big.

    Regards
    Andrei

Make sure you have all your Album Covers stored externally.....makes a big difference.

I am on a 1.0 GHz AMD with 448 ram.....slow compared to what is out there now.
