Never mind, I found it. They are CD icons and can be set on the Misc tab of Properties

Is there a legend for the various symbols I see beside my titles? I see an irridescant CD, a black CD and a va CD ???

Duh! Seems everything I was trying to import was not in the FreeDB. I was able to scan some previously scanned popular disks okay. Never Mind.
