Lost my Orange Programme

Incredible. Somehow I seem to have lost my Orange , and all the contents of
the 2 large Databases. I purchased this around 14 May 2010 with an e-mail
address then of basilmusic@iol.ie

had always understood that there were backup copies of db kept on the PC.

Ps I have just found the databases,backed up in My Music,but can't open them - I get
DADB ERROR code:0x81110013. Can anyone help me on this, please?

Are you using the "Restore from backup" function in the Database menu??

You should keep a backup of your databases on an external drive. What if your hard disk breaks down!!!!!!!!!

Do not use the "Open Database..." from the Database Menu to restore the backup. Use "Restore from Backup...". If the file is not corrupted you should have no problem to restore your databases.
