Opening Minimized

Orange has suddenly decided to open minimized on each instance, causing me to have to manually re-orient all of the task bars, which is not a huge deal but annoying. I saw an old thread in which someone mentioned this minimization issue and a patch was given. However, being such a different version I don't know that it would work with current OCD, and when I try to DL that older one it seems to think that it is an MP3 for some reason rather than a .reg file. Any help on this one? Thanks.

Try saving it to disk instead of opening, then open it from disk using double click.

It should work.

Thanks, but for some reason the reg files I get here insist on being recognized as mp3 files. Open, save, or even save to a stick. I wondered if it was something on my end, but I found this discussion with the same issue and it seems to be server side? see what you think...
