Text size in record properties en preferences

The text size in preferences, record properties en all other windows is very very small.
Is it possible to change the text size?

(The textsize of the content of discs, albums and toolbar is correct)

It's not possible.

It is standard Windows font size. You can increase it by changing DPI parameter in Windows Control Panel, but it will change for all your applications, not just OrangeCD.
