Section for Album specific links

It would be nice to see a section for album specific links. Currently I've been adding these as personal notes.

Is there a way to add some text within the personal notes section so that any URL's in there can be hyperlinks when exported to HTML?

It would also be nice to be able to re-order links up/down

Notes section can only contain plain text in the current version. Thanks for suggestions though. Do you think allowing bold and italic styles in Notes section would also be useful? I am asking because once hyperlinks are added to the Notes, adding bold/italic seems to be zero cost.

I would like to have hyperlinks as well as bold and italic capability in the notes.
