Weblink organizing

It would be nice if you could add a function that allows you to organize the weblinks in the OCDB. "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons would do wonders and save a huge headache of having to remove the links and then re-entering them in again just to get them in an order I won't them to go in.

Yes, that would be great.

But I'd also like to be able to determine whether the website should be linked to the artist or the album (or both). The way things work now, it makes little or no sense to add weblinks to albums marked 'Various Artists'.
