Tabbed Notepad

I often want to keep random notes that are not specific to a particular Album/Artist etc.Currently I enter these in a NOTES category. I have to use the standard 'Personal Notes' area in an album page.

I would like to see an A-Z tabbed window to enter sorted notes.
