Transfer albums from database to a new database

I have had a major setback (a hard drive died) and I would like to transfer all the albums from the database that are stored on that particular drive, to a new, empty catalog.

I use the field "LOCATION" so I know where my albums are stored. Now I would like to transfer the albums between 2 values in the LOCATION field, e.g. 133-154

Is this possible and if so, how do I proceed?
