    I had a strange problem with some of my albums.

    I store the covers (back and front) inside mp3 files.

    Sometimes usind OCD some albums got no info in them....but the info was there i tried encode again..nothing i tried delte tags...nothing..but finaly if ound the solution and i post that here so if anyone has the same problem to fix it.

    Some of my covers where BIG in size and resolution, so i coverted them i lower resolution and...all ok info got there and no harm at all

    Hope i help the mates that might had the same problem.

    There is a limit of 2MB max per ID3v2 tag. Anything bigger - and OrangeCD Catalog will refuse to read it. It was made for protection against corrupted files that could eat up a lot of memory (and make Windows 95/98 systems unresponsive). 2 megs are more than enough for a decent image scan in JPEG format.

    How big were your images? Maybe, instead of downsampling you could just re-save them as JPEGs if they were in a different format.
