Purchase process sucks!

RegSoft sucks. Took maybe 5 minutes to process my order. but then nothing. I was expecting to get a key to enter in to the app. but there is not one. no mention that I have to wait an undisclosed amount of time for some one to send me the key. this 2009 for god's sake! everyone else does this in like seconds. all I get is a pretty picture of a $35 invoice and still can't use the dang software. lame.

Did you receive the info after all? I wonder if there's e-mail problem or our e-mail got stuck in spam folder half way.
