Thumbnail View and CD Artwork

I noticed in the screenshot that CD covers are included in the thumbnail view. How do I add CD covers to my collection page when its dispayed by thumbnails? All I see now is a box with a small cd icon in it. I have a scanner and I know how to capture images from the web. I just do not know how to get the images into the program. I'm sure there is a really simple solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

find a website with the jpg image, then load orange. click on the image, and drag it onto the thumbnail for that album...voila
