Default I think i corrupted my database?

    Got a wierd problem.

I'm adding my MP3 discs to the database at the moment. I'm adding them with the usual Scan MP3 option (second one along witht he winamp logo on it). If the CDs has say 8 directories on it with an album in each it's only adding 4 or 5. When i go to home page it's added them in but mixed them with previous entries. So a new album will of Annie Lennox will have the album details/review and sometimes the cover for a Queen album.

I put my backup database in but it's still doing the same crazy stuff.

Help :'( I don't want to have to start from scratch

Right, I checked this out thoroughly.

The fault seems to lie with the MP3s themselves. Because they are not tagged correctly if at all it's causing the database to throw a wobbler.

So, it seems that it's quite important to have the MP3s tagged correctly in the first instance.

I've gotten around the problem by adding the albums with the Amazon lookup and all is well.

So far i've logged 3915 disks and counting. Another 3,000 or so to go
