Can you connect to other websites?

I think that most likely, the problem is in firewall configuration. You need to allow program dadbapp.exe (OrangeCD Catalog) to connect to Internet port 80.

Thanks Andrei for getting back to me. No it was not a firewall or connection problem. But it seems to have sorted it self out. Very Strange. Thanks again.
