Problem solved, I did a system restore, so glad I didnt fancy redoing my collection on another program

It's on the my main drive (laptop), by running slow, I mean each time I try to view anything it take approx 20-30 seconds to react, before up date it was almost immediate.

Windows 10, all other programs running fine

First of all, OrangeCD has been the best software for my collection for ever, but since windows update it's running extremely slow. So I was wondering if there's a good alternative out there. I know...

The program is running really slow since windows update, tried compatibility fix, still painfully slow. Also tried on another PC, same issue

If I store my cover artwork with in the same folder as my music will it create a duplicate entry?. If so how do I locate my covers folder

I've managed to solve the problem, it was a "security update for Internet Explorer 8 for Windows 7 (KB2847204)". I did a system restore, then installed the updates one by one & it was that.

Tried running the compatibility function (Windows 7) I can now get it to show 11:11 but if I try to enter something like 22:22 I get 2:02
I'm totally baffled.

Does the new build have more sort options, would it be possible now to sort artists by their primary name in the content menu ie Kate Bush would appear as Kate Bush, but be sorted by last name ie...

Jazz_North, just had a look at the entire collection option.
That's how I want it sorting, ie Bryan Adams comes between Adam & The Ants
and Adamski
but has you say I want to do this by artist...
