Opening track edit window for CD sets

I've modified the CRISP theme and among others created a hyperlink which opens the edit window directly from the track list (using "javascript:javascript:window.external.editdisc(0, 1)").

However this doesn't seem to work for sets with multiple CDs. "javascript:javascript:window.external.editdisc(0, 1)" only returns the track list for the first CD in the set.
