New programming tags

I've just installed OCD v.5.9.9 build 8728 (2005-03-29), and found that Andrei has added the following new programming tags:

ALBUM (20 new tags):
- checkbox1 - checkbox10
- custom5 - custom10
- keywords
- promo
- rating
- reissuedate

TRACK (21 new tags):
- trackcheckbox1 - trackcheckbox10
- trackcustom1 - trackcustom10
- trackkeywords

The following three programming tags have been removed/left out:

- trackcomment
- trackcomposer
- trackconductor
