Your program is great and after 10 days of my trial period I decided to go ahead and purchase it.

Hi fellas.

I am also experiencing this problem. I had the trial version on my system (WINXP) around christmas time and have only just gotten around to registering.

I now have my registration code but OrangeCD won't accept it for some reason. It says it's been accepted and that I should down the programme. When I do that it just ask me for the registration code again and then prompts me to shut it down and restart. And so on........

I think it may be due having had this one before or that the trial period has ended. I installed the programme on my laptop earlier today for another play around before I made my mind up on ordering and it works fine on there. Unfortunately I have no web access on the laptop so I need to sort out my main machine.

Many thanks. The service that you offer is second to none. I don't think i've ever had such fantastic support with any software that I purchased in the past. ;D

Having the same problem here and haven't heard anything back via e-mail...

Of course, I'm probably being a nag posting here, but I always figure if you get off to a bad start in a public forum, there's no place to go but up... ;)
