Feature Request: Save As Option in Download Cover Dialogue

Hi Andrei,

it would be a great help and an extremely useful addition to be able to save any single one of the found covers individually through a simple "Save as ..." function within the download covers dialogue!

As it is now it's happening again and again, that I (accidentally) find one or more covers for other albums, that I certainly do not want to "Save & Close" to the current one, not only because it would be the wrong image for the wrong album, but also because it would require me to first export it from there again and make that same request that I just did once more. That's not only an annoyance with single album searches, but even worse when working with multiple albums here.
