Cannot acquire disc data

There is a problem while I attempt to acquire cd audio data from the server. An error window opens with the following information:

--Task: Acquire ID=0x8c09a00c
--Status: Cannot find the specified file. [In Italian: Impossibile trovare il file specificato.]

The problem is: I don't know what file the message refers to. My OrangeCD database file works correctly - when I play a CD already in the database its information shows perfectly.

What should I do?
