I downloaded all the themes (i'm in evaluation mode). I was able to select "Crisp" but no others are available. Is it because of the evaluation mode at the moment or some other reason. Thanks.

Hi there,
You downloaded 1 Display Theme (Crisp), and several HTML Export Themes (lime, aluminium, etc.). If you do an html export of your collection you'll see there are several "layouts" available, including those you downloaded.
