Bug with Background Colors

I've tried to change the background color and text color of the 'Entire Collection' page (or any of the folder pages under the 'content' section), but it is not working. I have tried and tried, but cannot do it. The only thing which [view/preferences/theme/colors/background color] effects is the background color of the Start Page and an individual album being viewed. This option should have a Global Effect for ALL portions of the program. I see this as a 'bug', since [view/preferences/theme/colors/background color] implies an overall theme to the entire program.

I'm hoping this will be fixed in the next update.

The backgound color of the list is taken from Windows Control Panel settings, so it is the same color as all other applications use for their windows. I don't think this will be fixed soon.
