Track and Artist Listing

Is it possible to get an addition to the program?

As with the tracks listing (Record properties- Tracks tab) we can select to have the tracks listed - and then be able to change case to UPPERCASE/lowercase/Leading cap/Leading Caps. Is this poosible to have this extended to the Artist's Names as well. I find that there are many downloads from FreeDB that the person submitting it has put absolutely everything in caps - and I end up retyping most of it again. (Caps everywhere is like shouting to me)
