Where should I post Beta suggestions (not bugs)?

Just wondering where I should post Beta suggestions based on heavy use of the Version 4 beta (released March 7/8). I have a few suggestions that I think may be helpful...

Where do you prefer most to get bug reports/cosmetic feedback/future suggestions?

Is the board ok (it sure seems so...) or should I start using your form?
