Orange Cd "download CD info" and iTunes

I just installed Orange Cd, because I were very interested in this program.

Everything were doing ok, I added my collection of music, the program did the search for album covers, but something happened.

When I do right click to my "Entire Colletion" and then click on download cd info the program show me a new window which says: " Orange Cd Could not download information for one or more records because track durations were not available ". and then I press ok.... then nothing happened, what
