"This CD is Already in your collection"

i have two cds with the same amount of tracks (4) and the same running time (51:52), and its the only thing simular about the two cds, the track lengths are totaly difffrent, and when i scanned in the 2nd cd it saids its already in my collection, and refers back to the first one, but when i scan the 2nd cd alone in anuher data base with outhte first one it downloads the right information for it. i tryed Album>download cd info it wont work. i can not UPC barcode it atm to solve this problem right away...
