Creating themes and templates

I've written a document on OCD programming, which you can find at [url]http://ocd.juventas.net[/url]. Click 'Documentation (PDF)' under 'OCD programming' in the left pane.

The document basically explains how to edit/create themes and templates using DAXEdit. You will also find a complete list of tags, some examples of how to use them, a few screen shots etc.

Hope this may be of some help to OCD newbies.

I'm very new to creating templates and themes. Is there any other references besides your .pdf that you would suggest I read?

Not that I am aware of, unfortunately. But you could ask Andrei (Mr. Firetongue himself). Posting questions to the forum is another option.

But what I'd suggest is simply to play around with an existing theme or template. Try changing some of the values (using DAXEDIT.EXE), and see what happens. That way you will eventually understand how it all works.
