Unicode tags Itunes

Hi,

After trying different things, I believe I found out what is the problem with some Itunes tags (see other thread).
When OCD does not read the tags, if I use "Tag & Rename" and simply re-save the same tag infos with the "write unicode data into Id3v2 tags" option unchecked, then OCd reads the re-saved tags without problem.

So, as little I understand what is unicode and how tag infos are written into files, unicode seems to be the problem.

Does that make sense ?

It remains that ripping albums with Itunes and, apparently, with unicode info into the tags is widspread.

Is there any way to have OCD read unicode tags ? I have hundreds of albums already burned on cds for which redoing all the tags would be quite a long task.
