I have been adding the details (musicians & recording) to all 14 volumes in the Blue Note Years compilation cds. Each track, naturally, has different details. For the tracks that were recorded live, if I include the venue under Venue, that information does not appear in the full track display. For example, Art Blakey's Quicksilver, recorded at Birdland. If Birdland is entered under Venue, the Credits of the track display shows "Recorded live 21/02/1954 at (New York)". However, if Birdland is entered under Studio, Credits displays "Recorded live 21/02/1954 at Birdland (New York)". Of course, it is easy enough to enter this under Studio rather than Venue, but then what is the point of having Venue at all?
