On the Properties/Tracks page, the grey Insert/Delete/Move up/Move down icons don't do anything. Am I missing something obvious?

If I remember right, this means you have scanned a CD. Just duplicate the entry and move tracks round on the duplicate - the arrows shouldn't be greyed out then. Then delete the old entry.
