Change Case to All Entries Simultaneously

I know I can use the 'Change Case' on an album-by-album basis, but the Remove Quotes, Remove Leading Numbers and especially the Change Case function would be really, really useful if they could be applied to the entire database at once.
I'd love to be able to correct all the case problems with a simple 'Title Case' function that could alter every single track in my database at once.
Is there a way to do this?
