I have in my collection a lot of video files. My suggestion is - adding some (only most important) fields - like resolution, audio stream properties: number of channels, bitrate. These fields are filled during scan. Afterwards you can manually add rest of info from amazon - "add information from amazon" (artist, title, "track list" - actually -"song list".
!!! - "add information from amazon (or freedb)" to existing album is also very useful because Orange doesn't parse CUE files so far. Adding shoud be based on artist and title fields - not on tracks duration - in case of one mp3 (avi, ape, wav) we have only one "track".
