Adding from a CD, Folders and MP3 Tracks

I am trying to add to the database mp3 files in folders (they are podcasts). The CD is named Podcasts 9.Which ever way I select the options in "scan media files" I end up with a folder called "none" ...no mention of Podcast 9.
IS IT BECAUSE THE FILES ARE IN FOLDERS??

Hi Gen,

CD label is only imported as part of Path field that's rarely seen by user and it never appears in the left pane. I am afraid you wll need to manually enter "Podcasts 9" in the field of your choice.

Here's how it works - after you scanned a CD or folder, right pane contains all new entries found during this scan. You need to
- select all these new entries (e.g. by pressing Ctrl+A)
- right-click them and select Properties
- make necessary change (e.g. enter "Podcast 9" in the Artist or Title field)
- press OK.

UPDATE: Starting from build 6.2.5, CD or DVD labels will be automatically placed into a new field, called Media Label.
