Can't submit to freedb

I've tried all three options to submit to the freedb and always get "submit ID=0x3b0f0d05 required fields are missing in CD submission" on all the disks i've tried. using: freedb-submit@freedb.org as the email address and have my smtp server listed too.

Hi,

Make sure you've entered non-empty Artist, Title, Category and Track names. They all are required.
